HDR is seeking an Area Manager to lead its Western Canada Engineering program, overseeing operations across five offices and more than 120 professional staff. The role is accountable for operational goals, strategic planning, growth, profitability, budgeting, quality control, client development, and coordination across transportation, resources, water, and building engineering services. It requires substantial management and team-development experience, professional or engineering registration, a relevant bachelor's degree, strong leadership and communication skills, and regular travel to area offices.
