Description
The Area Manager will supervise production employees and leads in Phoenix, provide coaching and corrective direction, monitor production and quality, resolve employee issues, conduct safety and shift meetings, perform accident investigations, track absenteeism and timekeeping, and manage department priorities. The role requires a high school diploma or GED or related work experience, with 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a production environment preferred, and requires flexibility to work any shift.
