Description
The Area Manager II will supervise hourly production associates, coach and develop employees, manage multiple production lines, monitor quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale, conduct shift and safety meetings, perform accident investigations, track absenteeism and timekeeping, and report production information. The role requires a high school diploma or GED or related work experience, with 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a production environment preferred, and requires flexibility to work any shift in a cool or cold environment.
