Description
The Area Manager II will supervise hourly production associates, coach and develop employees, manage multiple production lines, monitor quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale, conduct shift and safety meetings, interview nonexempt-shift employees, investigate accidents, track absenteeism and timekeeping, and report production information. The role requires a high school diploma or GED or related work experience, with 1–3 years of supervisory production experience preferred, and offers flexible shifts, a 401K match, parental leave, PTO, and health plans with no monthly premium.
