Description
The Area Manager leads a team of five supervisors and approximately 100 shopfloor employees in a Barleben plant, ensuring smooth production operations and achievement of productivity, quality, and safety targets. The role includes coaching and performance management, staffing and process optimization, resource coordination, and operational improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification, at least two years of logistics, production, or fulfillment-center experience, leadership experience, KPI and data-analysis skills, advanced spreadsheet and analytics knowledge, and fluent German with B2-level English.
