Description
The Area Manager will supervise hourly production associates, coach and develop employees, manage production lines and departmental performance, resolve employee issues, conduct safety and shift meetings, perform accident investigations, track absenteeism and timekeeping, and maintain quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale. The role requires flexibility to work any shift, a high school diploma or GED or related work experience, and preferably 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a production environment.
