Description
The Area Manager will supervise production employees and leads in Phoenix, provide coaching and corrective direction, monitor production and quality, resolve employee issues, conduct safety and shift meetings, perform accident investigations, track absenteeism and timekeeping, and manage department priorities. The role requires flexibility to work any shift, leadership, problem-solving, computer literacy, and the ability to work in cool or cold environments. A high school diploma or GED or related work experience is required, while at least 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a production environment is preferred.
