Description
The Shift Supervisor manages production-line employees across multiple Thursday–Sunday day and night shifts. Responsibilities include coaching associates, providing training and corrective direction, monitoring production and quality, resolving employee issues, conducting meetings and interviews, investigating accidents, tracking absenteeism and timekeeping, and reporting departmental performance. The role requires leadership, communication, multitasking, computer literacy, and comfort in cool or cold environments.
