Description
Ocado Logistics is hiring an Area Manager for its Erith warehouse operation. The role leads and motivates operational teams in a 24/7 environment, maintains health and safety and food safety standards, manages employee engagement and performance, investigates adverse events and disciplinary or grievance matters, oversees training and coaching, and reports on operational KPIs. It involves 12.5-hour day or night shifts on a 4-on, 4-off pattern, with physical warehouse duties and occasional support for other sites.
