The role involves leading a shift team, managing KPIs and shift performance, monitoring data, improving warehouse processes, coordinating with other departments, and working 12-hour shifts on a short/long-week schedule. Candidates should have experience leading people, be comfortable using a PC, dependable, and have active English; warehouse knowledge is advantageous.
