Description
The Area Manager reports to the District Manager and leads the operational execution of 3–8 stores, including a designated home store. The role focuses on building high-performing teams, coaching and developing store talent, improving customer experiences, driving top-line sales, and ensuring operational, safety, merchandising, and compliance standards. Candidates need at least five years of experience within the organization, including leadership roles, proven success managing multiple stores, and at least one year leading a high-volume or high-profile store.
