NOV FGS UK is hiring an Area Manager to lead one manufacturing area producing specialist composite piping systems for energy, defence, and marine applications. The role manages approximately 16–20 employees, plans production, supports operational improvements, maintains safety and quality standards, controls costs and resources, and delivers customer commitments. The position requires direct people-management experience, operational leadership, and strong communication and problem-solving skills; manufacturing, Lean, health and safety, engineering-drawing, and Bondstrand qualifications are preferred.
