Description
OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Area Manager in Denton, Texas to manage sort activities and volume within an assigned facility area. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role supervises and schedules Package Handlers and Lead Package Handlers, monitors performance and attendance, conducts pre-sort meetings, manages departures and arrivals, and performs safety training, operational audits, and end-of-shift reporting. The position is onsite Tuesday through Saturday from 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with a schedule subject to change, and is expected to end on 1/15/2027. The expected starting base pay is $54,400-$68,000, with a potential base salary of $54,400-$81,600 over tenure. Requirements include a GED or diploma, at least two years of logistics, shipping, or 3PL experience, one year of leadership experience, data and Microsoft Office skills, communication skills, and experience hiring, training, motivating, disciplining, and evaluating employees.
