OnTrac is hiring an onsite Area Manager in Carlstadt, New Jersey to manage sort activities and volume within an assigned facility area. The role reports to the Operations Manager, supervises Package Handlers and Lead Package Handlers, schedules staff, monitors performance and attendance, conducts pre-sort meetings, manages departures and arrivals, and performs safety training, operational audits, and end-of-shift reporting. Candidates need a GED or diploma, a related BA/BS degree is preferred, at least two years of logistics, shipping, or 3PL experience, one year of leadership experience, data and Microsoft Office skills, and experience hiring, training, motivating, disciplining, and evaluating employees. The position offers a starting base salary of $66,300–$78,200, potential base salary of $78,200–$93,840, and medical, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
