Description
OnTrac is hiring an Area Manager to manage sort activities and volume within an assigned area at its Salinas, California operational facility. The role reports to the Operations Manager, supervises Package Handlers and Lead Package Handlers, schedules staff, monitors performance and attendance, conducts pre-sort meetings, manages departures and arrivals, and performs safety training, operational audits, and end-of-shift reporting. The position is onsite, Monday through Saturday from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with a starting base pay range of $73,920 to $92,400 and requires a GED or diploma, at least two years of logistics or shipping experience, and one year of leadership experience.
