Playa Bowls is hiring an Area Manager to oversee a regional portfolio of restaurant locations in the Metro Atlanta area. The role reports to the Director of Company Operations and is responsible for monitoring KPIs, leading General Managers, conducting site evaluations, developing management teams, maintaining food safety and sanitation, completing business forecasts and budgets, and driving operational excellence and guest satisfaction. The position requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, multi-unit supervision, strong communication and business acumen, and travel for restaurant visits and meetings; work is completed in a home office setting with weekend availability.
