Description
Reframe Systems is hiring an Area Manager to lead day-to-day execution for a defined production area in its factory. The role owns throughput, schedule, quality, safety, labor and material readiness, team leadership, continuous improvement, and a metrics-driven scoreboard. It requires 3–7+ years leading teams in a fast-paced operations environment, with manufacturing or industrial operations experience preferred, and is intended for someone who can build management systems in a novel, high-velocity production environment.
