Rent the Runway is hiring an Operations Area Manager to lead and develop Process Assistants and Associates, run shifts while prioritizing safety, quality, production, cost, and employee experience, manage schedules and labor budgets, meet KPIs, recruit and develop talent, communicate feedback, lead cross-functional projects, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires at least one year of people-leadership experience, strong communication and computer skills, flexibility for varied shifts, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
