Description
USPack is hiring an Area Manager to oversee $10M to $15M of revenue across an assigned geography, managing Operations Managers and On-Site Coordinators. The role handles customer service, customer relationships, KPI monitoring, new business development, independent contractor oversight, gross-margin management, driver-pay approvals, and coaching of direct reports. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least seven years of transportation experience, a valid driver’s license and functional vehicle, and the ability to travel up to 50% to customer locations. The position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with extra hours, weekends, and holidays available, and pays $88,000 annually.
