EG Deutschland GmbH is hiring a full-time Area Manager / Bezirksleiter Händlergeschäft to represent the company and manage a defined region with approximately 40–45 fuel-retail partner locations in the greater North Rhine-Westphalia area. The role covers partner advisory, sales and quality standards, performance analysis, new-partner acquisition, market monitoring, and representation of the company. Candidates need a higher-education or equivalent qualification, sales or operational management experience, knowledge of the German fuel-retail business, strong communication and negotiation skills, MS Office proficiency, and a Class B driving licence. The position offers a yearly salary of €60,000–€80,000, remote work, a company car, and other benefits.
