Ocado Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Manager (Nights) at its Bicester Customer Fulfilment Centre to lead and motivate night-shift warehouse teams, maintain health and safety and food safety standards, manage people metrics and team development, oversee operational excellence, and interpret performance data to improve overnight operations. The role requires overnight leadership experience, knowledge of warehouse management systems, and willingness to work a 4-on, 4-off pattern of 12-hour night shifts in a 24/7 environment.
