The Area Manager will oversee the management and monitoring of Amartha branch offices within an assigned area, including KPI achievement, portfolio growth, recruitment, service and partner guidance, branch operations, compliance, staffing, training, performance management, conflict resolution, and expansion. The role requires a bachelor's degree, experience leading at least two branches and more than five to ten team members, at least two years of microfinance branch or area management experience, sales and marketing strategy skills, a motor and SIM C, and willingness to travel throughout Cianjur. Compensation is listed as a take-home pay of 7,575,000 with health insurance and other employee benefits.
