Description
OnTrac is hiring an onsite HUB Area Manager in Commerce, California, to manage sort activities and volume within an assigned operational area. The role reports to the Operations Manager, supervises and schedules Package Handlers and Lead Package Handlers, monitors performance and attendance, conducts pre-sort meetings, manages departures and arrivals, and performs safety training, operational audits, and end-of-shift reporting. The position requires a GED or diploma, at least two years of logistics, shipping, or 3PL experience, one year of leadership experience, data and Microsoft Office skills, and experience hiring, training, motivating, disciplining, and evaluating employees. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with compensation of $70,304 to $78,200 in the stated starting base range.
