The role provides leadership, operational oversight, program support, compliance monitoring, staffing and performance monitoring, and on-call emergency support. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field, 2–3+ years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or in community-based services, supervisory or management experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation starts at $58,900 annually, with a Monday-through-Friday schedule and on-call responsibilities.
