ShipBob is hiring an Area Manager, B2B to lead and develop 50+ warehouse associates in its North Aurora fulfillment center. The role manages labor forecasting, operational KPIs, safety and OSHA compliance, training, employee engagement, escalated issues, and daily workflows, while reporting to the Operations Manager. It requires at least three years of people management and operational leadership experience in a high-volume wholesale or B2B environment, with a preferred business, operations, supply chain, or general management degree. The position offers a base salary of $60,000–$70,000 plus discretionary bonus eligibility and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
