Reach Logistics is hiring a full-time Warehouse Operations Manager to lead up to 220 warehouse staff and supervisors on a Sunday-Wednesday 7:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m. shift at its Hebron, Kentucky warehouse. The role oversees productivity, quality, safety, shipping targets, shift planning, labor allocation, employee relations, training, discipline, and coordination with management, while requiring warehouse operations, supervisory, shift-planning, communication, basic math, Excel, and Microsoft Office skills.
