The Area Manager 1 leads and supports an operations team within a designated zone of Ocean State Job Lot’s distribution center, managing hiring, performance, scheduling, safety, productivity, quality, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires prior responsibility in large distribution center operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field, along with stakeholder communication, data-informed decision-making, computer proficiency, and physical distribution-center work. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday on the second shift and offers an annual salary of $85,000 to $95,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
