Description
Factor is hiring an Area Manager, Fulfillment to oversee warehouse receiving, shipping, fulfillment, storage, distribution, and logistics operations. The role reports to the Fulfillment Manager, leads and coaches associates and leads, maintains safety, GMP, SQF, PPE, and hygiene compliance, performs audits, develops processes, supports procurement and quality actions, and provides training and corrective direction. The position runs Friday through Monday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and requires an associate’s degree or related management experience plus at least five years of warehouse experience, including a demonstrated supervisor track record.
