Description
The Area Manager II will supervise hourly production associates across multiple production lines in Newark, New Jersey, during the BHN shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Responsibilities include coaching employees, resolving issues, tracking production and absenteeism, conducting safety and shift meetings, interviewing nonexempt-shift employees, investigating accidents, and reporting department performance.
