Description
OnTrac is hiring an Area Manager to manage sort activities and volume within an assigned area at its Henderson, Nevada facility. The role reports to the Operations Manager, supervises Package Handlers and Lead Package Handlers, schedules staff, monitors performance and attendance, conducts pre-sort meetings, manages departures and arrivals, and performs safety training, operational audits, and end-of-shift reporting. The position requires a GED or diploma, at least two years of logistics, shipping, or 3PL experience, one year of leadership experience, data and Microsoft Office skills, and experience hiring, training, motivating, disciplining, and evaluating employees. The expected starting base pay is $67,200 to $84,000, with a full potential base salary of $84,000 to $100,800, and the role is onsite with flexible scheduling for 24-hour operations.
