COBS Bread is hiring an Area Manager for Ontario based in Toronto to support its retail franchise bakeries by managing franchisee relationships, driving sales growth, improving profitability, ensuring brand and operational standards, and coordinating training and bakery openings. The role reports to the Regional Director of Operations and requires extensive managerial experience, preferably in franchise or multi-site retail, strong financial analysis and communication skills, frequent travel, and a business-related degree.
