COBS Bread is hiring an Area Manager in Toronto, Ontario, to report to the Regional Director of Operations and support a group of retail franchise bakery operators. The role manages franchisee relationships, coaches operators, improves sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, compliance, training, handovers, and implementation of marketing, product, and systems initiatives. Candidates need at least two years of franchise retail or multi-site retail management experience, five or more years of managerial experience, a business management degree, strong analytical and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and frequent field travel.
