Description
The Area Manager leads a team in a central production area, supervising up to employees and eight supervisors across multiple shifts. The role is responsible for safe, efficient, and high-quality production; workforce scheduling; KPI monitoring; reporting; process improvement; and cross-functional coordination. It requires a relevant degree, production leadership experience, strong operational and safety knowledge, MS Office or Google Workspace proficiency, and fluent German and English at B2 level. The position is fixed-term for 24 months, with a subsequent extension sought, and includes development, benefits, and a 30-day annual leave entitlement.
