Amartha is hiring an Area Manager to oversee the management and monitoring of branch offices within a defined area, including KPI achievement, portfolio growth, recruitment, service and partner guidance, branch operations, compliance, staffing, training, performance monitoring, conflict management, and expansion. The role requires a bachelor's degree, experience leading at least two branches and more than five to ten team members, at least two years of microfinance branch or area management experience, sales and marketing strategy skills, a motor and SIM C, and willingness to travel throughout the Purwakarta area.
