Description
OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Area Manager to manage sort activities and volume within an assigned operational area at its Schertz facility. The role reports to the Operations Manager, supervises Package Handlers and Lead Package Handlers, schedules staff, monitors performance and attendance, conducts pre-sort meetings, manages departures and arrivals, and performs safety training, operational audits, and end-of-shift reporting. The position is onsite, runs Sunday through Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and is expected to end on 12/31/2026. Compensation is $51,680–$64,600 starting base pay, with a potential full-term range of $51,680–$77,520, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
