Amazon is seeking an Operations Area Manager to lead one or more operational areas within a Sub Same Day fulfillment node in the São Paulo metro region. The role manages 15–50+ frontline associates, schedules and allocates labor, drives throughput and pack-station utilization, monitors quality and defects, escalates operational issues, and owns area KPIs. The position requires a bachelor's degree, team-management experience, and logistics experience; fast-paced operations, business English, flexible scheduling, performance-metrics and Lean experience, and a record of delivering results in high-volume environments are preferred.
