Description
The Area Manufacturing Manager (AMM) is a technical manufacturing leader responsible for supporting multiple PCA mills, improving processes, leading capital projects, delivering technology training, and driving process optimization. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of controls, manufacturing, or field technical support experience, and 5+ years of papermill experience. The AMM must reside in the lower 48 states and travel up to 80% within the United States. The position offers a starting salary of $129,500-$185,000, annual bonus, paid vacation and holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
