Description
The HVAC Area Operations Support Manager reports to the Regional General Manager and manages the financial operational performance of an HVAC area, including budgets, forecasts, reports, cash management, cost control, safety, quality control, inventory, and operational metrics. The role also oversees regional dispatch, estimator, and coordinator teams; supports sales and client experience; and may require up to 50% travel. It requires at least five years of HVAC management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and availability for non-standard schedules.
