Description
The Area Operations Manager is responsible for the financial delivery of operational budgets, forecasts, reports, and cash management for an HVAC area. The role oversees Service Managers, Project Managers, and Project Estimators; develops cost-control measures and service standards; analyzes operational metrics; manages safety, inspections, quality control, and inventory; directs employee performance; supports margin growth and sales; and collaborates with the Area General Manager and Area Operations Support Manager. The position requires at least five years of HVAC management-related experience, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, a valid driver’s license, and availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and up to 25% travel.
