Thomas Pest Services is hiring an Area Operations Manager to oversee operations, performance, and team execution across an assigned area. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the role manages area service managers, supervisors, and field teams; sets and executes operational goals; improves processes; oversees service quality, customer retention, labor, production, fleet, inventory, safety, and profitability; and supports coaching and development. The position requires at least three years of progressively responsible operations or service leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, and availability Monday through Friday, with compensation of $75,000–$85,000 annually plus a bonus structure and benefits.
