Community Access Services is hiring a full-time Area Relief Direct Support Professional (AR DSP) in Marion County to provide direct support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across multiple residential programs. The role requires flexibility to work at different locations, across day, swing, and overnight shifts, and on weekends, while assisting with daily living, community activities, medication administration, documentation, advocacy, and maintaining safe living environments. Applicants must have direct-care experience, be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED, hold a valid driver’s license, and pass a background check. The position pays $25.75 per hour plus a $1,000 hiring bonus and includes medical, dental, and vision benefits.
