Description
BD is hiring a Specimen Management Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and business growth for its Specimen Management portfolio. The role manages key accounts across hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, blood banks, and channel partners; develops new business; conducts product demonstrations and customer training; collaborates with marketing, application, and service teams; monitors market trends; maintains forecasts and CRM records; and ensures compliance with company, quality, and regulatory requirements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant life sciences or business field and at least five years of experience in specimen management, medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare sales. The primary work location is BGD Dhaka, Rupayan Karim Tower.
