Area Sales Manager at caesarstone

The Area Sales Manager will report to the Field Sales Manager and focus on growing Caesarstone’s market share in the Pacific Northwest, with an ideal candidate based in the Seattle or Portland metro areas. The role manages customer and sales accounts, develops sales strategies, follows up on leads, coordinates shipments, maintains CRM records, and participates in industry events. It requires frontline customer experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, a valid driver’s license, and a road-warrior schedule of five days per week in the field, with remote office location and compensation of $90,000–$105,000 including base salary and an incentive bonus.
