Western Funding is hiring a full-time Area Sales Manager to support independent and franchise auto dealers in a Cleveland, Ohio–based remote role. The position focuses on identifying and onboarding dealer prospects, growing dealer partnerships, presenting financing products, communicating program details, and training dealers on documentation and contract funding. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, strong automotive, finance, and sales knowledge, prior financial-services or dealership experience, presentation and communication skills, and a valid driver's license. The role offers a $1,500 monthly base salary plus guaranteed commissions of $3,500 per month for the first 12 months, with no commission cap and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
