Western Funding is hiring a full-time Area Sales Manager in Springfield, Illinois, with remote work and up to 75% travel to visit auto dealerships. The role focuses on identifying, onboarding, managing, and growing dealer-partner relationships, presenting financing products, following up on leads, communicating with dealers, and training them on documentation and contract funding. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, strong automotive, finance, and sales knowledge, prior financial-services or dealership experience, presentation and communication skills, a valid driver's license, and comfort traveling; a college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. Compensation includes a $1,500 monthly base salary, $3,500 in guaranteed commissions for the first 12 months, and an average first-year total compensation range of $60,000 to $125,000 annually.
