Hotel Equities is hiring a home-office-based Area Sales Manager to drive group and transient business for Postcard Cabins, Outdoor Collection by Marriott Bonvoy, across the Eastern United States. The role focuses on strategic sales planning, prospecting, client and partner relationship management, contract negotiation, CRM administration, site visits, networking, and collaboration with hotel business teams. Approximately 50% regional travel is required, including outdoor property visits and occasional weekends. Candidates need at least 3 years of hotel, hospitality, destination, or related sales experience, Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
