Portwest is hiring a full-time Area Sales Manager in Central Poland, based in the Masovian Voivodeship and reporting to the Country Manager. The role focuses on selling PPE, workwear, and safety-wear products to distributors, resellers, and agents through field sales, consultative selling, account development, sales planning, proposals, follow-up, market intelligence, and distributor promotion. Candidates need 4–5 years of relevant experience, native Polish and high-level English, manufacturer or distributor sales experience, direct-customer engagement experience, a clean driving licence, and willingness to travel throughout the designated region.
