Gerresheimer Bolesławiec S.A. is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage a team of approximately 20 employees and ensure uninterrupted production-line operation. The role oversees production planning, operational KPIs, employee working-time tracking, training and competency development, corrective and optimization actions, and compliance with standards and regulations. Candidates need secondary education, 2–3 years of experience in a similar team-leader, shift-supervisor, or plant/production-supervisor role, personnel-management skills, knowledge of occupational health and safety and labor law, strong organization, and MS Office proficiency. A four-shift schedule and production-line training are required, while multicultural-team experience, Lean Management, SAP, and English are advantageous.
