Description
The Field Superintendent will oversee start-up, air balance, and warranty field operations in an assigned area, supervising area supervisors and general forepersons. The role leads project execution, scheduling, resource and labor management, quality and safety compliance, vendor coordination, union labor relations, budget tracking, and personnel development. It requires 12+ years of construction project leadership experience, strong trade knowledge, union membership, construction-management software proficiency, and 75–90% travel to job sites and the primary office. Pay is aligned with the applicable area collective bargaining agreement.
