Valet Trash by Fetch is hiring a full-time, field-based Area Supervisor to oversee quality and contractor performance across a market serving 5,000 to 10,000 units. The role conducts pre-service, live-service, and post-service audits; verifies logistics and equipment; monitors service-quality rates; onboards and orients service partners; manages coverage gaps and route disruptions; and covers routes when needed. The position requires an open-bed pickup truck, physical field work, lifting up to 50–70 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and prior field-operations or supervisory experience is preferred.
